    how do you rest?

i'm wondering how other managers rest their team. say your day of games is done. do you calculate the rest needed/training to be at 100% by next game. Or do you "over rest" let your players get 100% for the period before the last rest cycle(so for the last 3hrs all the starters are already 100%).

I leave them to be 90 to 99 percent for the next match they play, unless that puts them below 75, in which case I log in again later.

90-99%? so sometime your players aren't 99% rested for games? isn't that bad?

Well, I aim for like what Buffs said near full condition but if the matches are too near each other 90% is ok for my guys.
Ideally of course I want them to be fully rested but I also don't want to use boosters too much (except for training), so it is more an economical thing for me.

Ok, back to the subject. As many other questions of the game, there are more than one correct answers.
When I 'm playing hardcore/to the limit/getting 101% of the game (not this period ), I 'm trying not to waste a condition of 104-5% , so I set a normal training in stretching or cardio. But you must be prepare to spend 15 reds if an injury occur.
I played a lot of games, starting with a 85-90% instead of wasting condition or spending some extra greens (but not critical games).
Another thing is the "rest all" button in training section.
It's not worthy as like giving greens individual, but it's a useful tool to synchronize the condition of your team with the game time.
Also useful as emergency button if you log-in, 4-5 min' before the match and the condition of the team is low
    Happened to me some times.

I train players to have between 95% and 99% for the next match, where possible. In other words if any player has 95% or more condition with one more rest (5%) to gain I train them them the minimum required to get to 94% or just under.

I will sometimes let a player gain beyond, theoretically, 99% as part of a 'performance fixing Voodoo routine' or 'convalescence' to fix things ie when I want something to change I change what I do.
