not to mention if you get a player from U-18 on last day of your current season... well... he is aging 1 year via 2 days, absolutely logical

This is a very good observation IMO.

However, everything in this game is simulated. There's no real date-time consensus, and if there was, you wouldn't be in e.g. the 20th season.

Anyways, a season IRL lasts from ~August until ~April/May and the next one in the same time but in the following year. Logically, it makes sense that a player ages one year between seasons.

But yeah, every player would had been born in summer haha
