Win Bonuses?

Just wondering does anyone pay their players a win bonus & do you think it does anything?

why if use the advanced search button and set "win bonus" I have many non relative results and not that thread above

did you search titles only, I do if I know it. also using a date range helps for shorter list

ah, yes. I put "win bonus" right in the upper corner and had many "wrong" results.
The right one is to go to advanced search and put win bonus, in the titles .
Now I had many older threads about that (including mine)

i'm cheap my players don't get a win bonus. but i'm only lvl 3 as well.
