Palace teams report, Tuesday, 1st instalment...
In the absence of any suitable players in the normal Transfer Market, Palace Casuals raided the Scout market for players:
Attachment 52420Attachment 52421
Goalkeeper Zoltan Bieder (28, 3*/133Q - 117 appearances) and midfielder Michael Muscroft (26, 3*/133Q - 124 appearances, 15 goals, 3 assists) have been released.
Palace Casuals went away to their arch-nemesis team in the Champions League, and surprised everyone by escaping with a 2-2 draw. The home side were 2-0 up in the first 25 minutes, but two goals in the last 13 minutes of the half levelled the scores. New signing Mario Dinamarca scored on his debut, volleyed home a loose ball after a free-kick and striker Anthony Petrovski headed home a Johan Shaqiri corner on the stroke of half-time. The second-half was an evenly-fought affair, but neither side could force a winner.

Palace teams report, Tuesday, 2nd instalment...
Palace Terriers wanted to have an early-morning look at the Transfer market, but the two available slots were taken by new Youth product from their Academy. One was immediately released as he wouldn't add anything to the squad, but the other was a good prospect and of comparable quality to the current midfield:
Attachment 52430
As a result of all the incoming players recently, the following players were released - Giulio Migliorati (30, 2*/16Q - 15 appearances, 1 goal, 1 assist), Anupam Kohli (22, 2*/17Q - 13 appearances), Harry Cambridge (26, 3*/20Q - 17 appearances, 6 goals).
Palace Terriers had a home match in the Champions League against a possibly abandoned team - only three players were left in position so a guess had to be made about the formation the team would take, and an attacking 4-3N-3 chosen as it would counter both 4-3N-2-1 and 4-5-1V, either of which could be the formation being faced. This meant an immediate introduction to first team football for young Aaron Record, and he made an instant impact, scoring two goals and making his mark defensively to the extent of being cautioned. In a nervous first half-hour, Terriers finally found the net in the 28th minute when Stanislav Dolgoborodov opened fire from 30 yards out and the ball found the back of the net. Three minutes later, Record got his debut goal with a shot from 20 yards. In the second half, striker Nicky Jones found himself in possession of the ball, but instead of taking a shot, squared the ball to Ondrej Kadlec, who finished off nicely. Record then hit a 30 yard pile driver for his second of the game, before the visitors got onto the score sheet with a goal which can be considered a consolation effort. On the stroke of full time, Ben Atkins nodded in a corner from Dolgoborodov to make the final score 5-1.

Won league match. 3-0
A lot happier with this seasons league draw compared to last season. There are two equally strong sides in the league this season along with me, compared to it being all 14 last season. Bar my team and the other two good sides every other side in the league is WEAKER than the ones I had in my league a level below last season!
So far this season I've sold my back up keeper (I only ever keep one really), a DC/DCM/DML player who was 26yr old and low 5 star, plus a AMC/ST who was low 5 star and 25yr old.
In their place has come a DC/DCM called Diaz who I have immediately pushed onto being 7 star. I've also brought in an 18yr old fast trainer in MC called Ienga, who again was immediately trained to 7 star and finally a new ST was brought in called Pipino, who again was power trained up to 7 star. Foster was re-trained right up to ten star on day one, eating up a load of Green's in the process.
I now have two triple role Midfielders on sale, Ozturk and Martins. They are both low level 5 star, but due to their multi role I am in no rush to sell, so will keep them all season if I have to as they will be more than good enough back up.
As such my team now looks like this -
http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/...d/25082015.png
Still plenty of packs and tokens - although farming has all but ended now - but I should be fine for the foreseeable future with the resources that I have.
Again in the Cup its an uphill battle as I am fighting teams 4/5 levels above me. I managed to troll out a team 3 leagues above me in the first round, a 2-1 followed by a 1-0 putting me through, but again I've got another higher opponent with a far better Quality than me tomorrow, so I will be expecting an exit from that.
In a semi difficult CL group, with 2 other good sides, although I am the strongest. I expect to be able to get out of the groups. Then there is a hard team in the opposite group to me - assuming we both finish top of our groups I will avoid him until the semi's. Other than that it looks a good opportunity for a bit of a run in that.
4 teams in the league that are 2 star or look abandoned, which compared to last season is a relief. I expect another title challenge and bar some epic trolling or 2 or 3 teams strengthening very quickly and by a fair bit my minimum expectation of CL qualification should be in the bag.
Palace teams final report for Tuesday...
Palace Casuals started their League competition this season with a 1-0 home win, Liam Cashman netting the winner in the 54th minute.
Palace Terriers League odyssey started with a 0-1 away defeat. Right-back Aad Roemgens achieved 50 appearances in this match.

Desert Rats FC had a 4-2 home win, Steve Haddou opening the scoring by turning in a Vinnie Taylor free-kick, Taylor himself scored a solo goal later in the first-half. The visitors pulled one back, before Francisco Pelissier netted to make the score 3-1 at the break. Into the last 20 minutes of the game, the visitors pulled scored again, but Pelissier was on hand to restore the two goal lead and complete the scoring for the match.
Yesterday report.
La Morralla FS won in CL and League without injuries, yeeeeeeah!
Jose FC lost in CL (troll result!) and won in League.
2 injuries, GK (incredible...) for 7 days, and DMC/DC for 5 days, both in the same match.
Viva Satan FC won in CL and League.
1 injurie, again for 7 days.
Repeat injuries for 7 days this season, 3 times...
Troll result of Jose FC :
Started the match scored two times. The oppo, without manager and changes stars to scored. 1, 2, 3, 4.
How the hell can make this?
Injuries for Viva Satan FC :
Only occurs in the actual best player of the squad. First day, my in this moment best player felt injured for 5 days. Yesterday, my actual best player felt injured for 7 days.
Only the best player felt injured???? I have some 4 stars players too...
I know this only a game (thanks Gert! ), but sometimes is ridiculous.
Ohhh, the injuries are really raining down over you. I am very worried about injuries too this season, because now I can't avoid players going into red in second match ( http://forum.topeleven.com/top-eleve...condition.html )
Now I'm using my sub GK (if he doesn't fell injuries...) like ST LOL
No money or booster to bid new players (only in La Morralla, but this morning I bid 2 new players and now I debt 10M more or less...), I'll play until all players felt injured
I have a new player and squad full so trying to sell 4* player all day yesterday and no bids and have 7 days to sign new player so are they forcing, us to sack now and lose money?
Try all days, no problem, yo have 7 days!!!
Off topic:
Yesterday I saw a bidding war. I bid for the player, and in the last seconds, another 3 managers appears, then I avoid the fight.
Well, until 21 round bid the three, and finish in 25 round. 1+22+25+26=74 tokens for one player. Not bad for Nordeus.
Azangasi FC was shocked with a stunning 1-4 home loss last night. The club has been sunk to 13th position in the league.
Even though the ratings show 3 defenders below 6 points, the manager has quickly procured two strikers which he hopes will be prolific.
His philosophy behind the loss is that the opponent took their chances and won for lack of creativity of the strikers.
The club will like their fans to be patient as there is still hope to win the league. Thank you.
Thought last season was going to be difficult.. This season I have no words! Away match lost 6-0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never in my 27 seasons have I lost so big, WTF!!!
As if I would sell my legend striker,haha,550 goles so far and more to come,he will retire in my team!Attachment 52466

How to defeat 3-3-2W-2:
Attachment 52475
At the end I scored two, but this is... I haven't words...
And another troll result for La Morralla FS this morning, 1-3 vs a team without manager, 10 points over me in Q and 10 players since minute 5. This is the new changes for this season?
At least Viva Satan FC won in cup 7-0 and sure pass to next round. Or not, Nordeus knows...
Without injuries.
Palace Teams report, Wednesday, 1st instalment...
Palace Terriers were up at 0-dark 30 for a 04:38 BST kick-off in Vietnam in the Cup Qualifying Round (or 1/32 Round if you're on Android App). Terriers Management was still in bed, and the opposition manager didn't turn up either, so the teams had to fend for themselves. Ben Atkins opened the scoring for the Terriers in the 28th minute, finishing off a pass from fellow striker Nicky Jones, before he and Aaron Record picked up bookings before half-time. Nine minutes into the second-half, the home side equalised, but Terriers were back in front within a minute through MoM Aad Roemgens, who added a second five minutes later. The final goal in the match fell to debutant defensive left-winger Ingo Schmitt, who made the final score 4-1 in the visitors' favour. At lunchtime, Terriers were back at home for a League match, which was one of those matches that no matter what the Management tries, it is destined to fail. Long story short, it was a 0-3 defeat, which sends Terriers down to 13th in the table.
Desert Rats FC had a mid-morning away League game, and won 3-0, despite playing for 57 minutes with 10 men. James Broomes entered the Rats Hall of Fame/Infamy with a straight red card for a foul, the first red of any description for the club. The team soldiered on, however, and scored three goals in the second half, the first a debut goal by midfielder Jose Carlos Matias, Vinnie Taylor scored the second with a direct free-kick and Matt Pierre repeated his performance of a couple of games ago by heading in at the back post from a Francisco Pelissier corner.
What a strange start of the season. Can't believe it. Cup matches and first CL matches won with big numbers for both teams of mine. Competition however for FC Knudde has been.... strange. First match against a inferior team (about 6 quality less) ended in 1-1 due to 3 injuries in 1 game a red card. Ok it happens. Still was stronger then him but a tie is ok. I can live with that. Second game lost with 3-0 against a inferior team (about 6,5 quality less). Nobody attended, no red cards. 4-4-2 against my 4-2-2-2. Normally I have no problems with that formation. I was only missing my star player (thx instant red card) but could he have such an impact? Somehow my whole team had an off day scoring a point on average less. Even my 6* star striker missed a penalty during that game. ZZZZZ. I was overclassed by the other team. Are my replacements that bad?
Also a new sensation was the 3 injuries in one game. Never experienced that as far as I can remember. Also something I couldn't believe. My red packs vanished like snow in the sun. Frustating.
My second team game started with 5 wins a row. 2 cup matches, 1 CL and 2 competitions games. The last competition game just barely with 2-1 against a team with 10 quality less. Even with an abundance on chances my players scored subpar. But hey it is a better start then the main team :) Tonight up against a level higher in the cup matches again. I should be stronger based on Q but that is never a certainty in T11. Wish me luck.
United update
We did well today, and somehow avoided injuries
The yellow seems to have motivated my players
Funck MVP and 10

Drew league game 2-2 conceded two late goals
Palace teams report, Wednesday final...
Evening matches for Palace Casuals in the league and Desert Rats FC in the Cup.
Casuals went away and deservedly took home a share of the spoils in a 1-1 draw. Casuals dominated much of the first-half and the first part of the second, but the home side came back into the game in the last 20 minutes. Midfielder Mario Dinamarca earned MoM with his 49th minute free-kick goal and subsequent defensive efforts, the hosts equalised with a 25 yard shot in the 66th minute. The referee was very busy monitoring the home sides' shenanigans, no less than three bookings for shirt-pulling and one for a bad foul; Emrah Topalan also fell foul of the busy official after a trip.
Desert Rats were also away in the 1st leg of their Cup tie, and after an even first 70 minutes, a couple of substitutions turned the game the visitors' way. An intense first three minutes saw first Vinnie Taylor putting the visitors ahead with a free-kick and a minute later, a long shot beating Josh Parle in the Rats goal for the equaliser. The remainder of the match was fairly even, until the Management made a double substitution and then it all kicked off again. Taylor had two corner opportunities which were finished off by Francisco Pelissier and James Broomes, and he then netted another free-kick to make his personal tally 2 goals and two assists, ample reason for MoM in the fourth match running. The home side scored a consolation goal three minutes from time to make the final score 4-2 in Desert Rats' favour.
AEPRE FC is returning this season, now they are on Level 10, the highest level I have ever played on my own team.
Singapore Lions will now convert itself into a team as part of "Breaking the Avicii Curse" challenge.
I will listen to an Avicii song 15 mins before the match and after the match. The challenge applies to home games only, as rescheduling works need to be done so that it doesn't have an impact with AEPRE FC's game.
2-1 home victory... Crappy start to the season, hopefully this will change. 3 YC's in league match!
