Palace teams report, 1st instalment...
Casuals had a morning home Champions League match, and drew 2-2. 0-1 down in the 19th minute, the set-piece play from the home side was woefully lacking, and several chances were spurned in the first-half. In the 63rd minute, the Management decided that a formation change was required and put striker Liam Cashman on instead of defender Ben De Wree, and struck gold immediately. Anthony Petrovski collected a loose ball and ran at the visitors' defence, which then parted as the Red Sea, giving him a clear shot on goal, which he gratefully accepted to level the scores. Three minutes from time, the visitors struck again, a corner being headed in from the back post, but Casuals weren't to be denied a share of the spoils, a shot from just outside the area by Liam Cashman going in off a post.
Terriers were away, up against another possibly abandoned team in the Champions League, and cleaned up nicely. After a quarter-hour, Nathan Masegela passed to Freddy Jones and he slotted home the shot for the opening goal, and a minute later, Masegela had an opportunity to shoot himself, and wrong-footed the 'keeper to make the score 2-0. On 33 minutes, Xabier Moran ran in from the right-wing onto a pass from Masegela and made no mistake, and Terriers were 3-0 up at the break. The midfield got in on the act early in the second-half, Aaron Record running through the now thoroughly dispirited defence and squaring the ball to Ondrej Kadlec, and he finished from close range. The visitors then coasted to full-time for a 4-0 win.
Won champs league 3-1
3-0 win in the league for AEPRE, new faces making debut. Sivan out for 2 days and healed.
Palace teams report - Thursday - final...
As noted elsewhere, Palace Terriers were away in a bottom of the table clash and managed to lose 1-2 to a team with Quality greatly inferior to them. Nathan Masegela replied four minutes from time to the home side's two late first-half goals.
Palace Casuals were at home in the League early this evening and won unconvincingly 1-0. Reda Mourad scored the only goal in the 43rd minute, netting a spot-kick after a shirt-pulling incident in the penalty box. Right-winger Johan Shaqiri made his 173rd appearance for the Casuals and thus surpassed the previous record holder, Javier El Atmani.
Desert Rats FC had home game in the League this evening, and used a changed formation, which meant a first game this term for right-winger Plamen Atanasov. Atanasov celebrated by scoring a hat-trick in a 5-0 win, also notching up 2 assists and rating 10, snatching the MoM award out of Vinnie Taylor's hands. Taylor also rated 10 (1 goal, two assists) but missed out of his fifth successive MoM. The other goal was scored by midfielder Jose Carlos Matias. Desert Rats climb to the top of the table, on goal difference over three other teams.
Mixed results today.
Champions League group stage, Matchday 2
A disappointing defeat against a weaker side. The defence did not play well, which was visible in live action, and subsequently in player ratings.

League Matchday 3
A much easier matchup against an abandoned side. Striker Forsberg had a feast.

Won league game .2- 0 but not allowed to make sub
All my teams pass to next round in Cup, yeeeeeeah!
La Morralla FS won 3-0 and pass with a global 4-4 (lost 4-1 in first leg). The oppo has one level more than me.
Jose FC won 0-5 (global 0-8) vs one level team higher than me.
Viva Satan FC won 0-3 or 4 (global 10 or 11 - 0) vs 2 levels team higher than me.
A 3:0 in the Cup (8:2 on aggregate) sees us thorough to the next round.
Also, nothing but a goal differential separates the Red Stars Munich from the first place in the league after a 2:0 win against a bottom third team. It has a toothless attack but fairly robust defence, so two goals has to be OK.

On the other hand, I am puzzled by the team on top. It has just 28.4 quality points and it keeps beating teams well over 35 points. These guys are defying gravity.
Have you ever seen that?

I saw a team get 3 red cards in one game today. Seems like an automatic 3 - 0 loss in their next game 'cos, they only have two players in their reserve.
Palace teams report, Friday...
Palace Casuals only game today was an away League match, and they fought out a 0-0 draw, the opposition finishing the game with 9 men. Striker Reda Mourad achieved 50 appearances in this match.

Palace Terriers were at home in the League against the fourth-placed team, which had a near-4Q advantage, and won 1-0. After a foul tackle in which Aaron Record was injured, Aad Roemgens sent over the free-kick and Nathan Masegela headed it past the 'keeper. In the evening, The Cup 2nd Leg game was a cruise through to the next round, Julien van der Plas scoring in the 5th minute for a 1-0 win, 5-1 on aggregate.
Desert Rats FC drew 2-2 in the League, Matt Pierre, completing a hat-trick of headed goals from corners in recent matches, and Jose Carlos Matias scoring the goals. Desert Rats suffered their first defeat of the season, 0-1 at home in the Cup, but still progressed to the next round 4-3 on aggregate.
Won champs league game 2-0
Need to instill some discipline into this team. 2 sent off for spitting!!

FC Hoofdrop start Season Level 9 meekly. 1w-3L to start off their league and squeaking through in both previous cup ties. After an intense promotion battle last season left them 7th, the prospect of no CL this season is both good and bad for the club, considering condition changes.
We start the season with 20T and 100 Million to spend. Over half of the players on the squad day 1 are in the last year of their contracts. Our goals this season are cup progression, development of 3 players for our Lvl 5 squad for next season, and promotion (CL achievable but considered a bonus). Our squad has been boosted with the arrival of 1 new striker, 1 ML, 2MCs, and 2 defenders and I am finally confident in my players and formations for this season. I just signed a giant of an GK academy product. 200cm 97kg 15T lol, couldn't resist him.
Our last cup opponent we won 7:4 aggregate after losing away leg 4:2.
Vanessa FC, our aforementioned lvl 5 Club, has wrangled a low Cup placing, a very difficult CL group, and a challenging league.
After achieving "undefeated" in the league last year, I am hungry for a cup final. My goals are to maintain the current squad I have with minimal transfer activity, save money to negotiate for great 49Q players from my parent squad, get to the cup final, and try to leave my CL group with a 2nd place.
Won league match 3-0 but not allowed to sub injured player
anyone watched the EPL today? how about the troll results compared to our t11? :-)
The Red Stars cruised today, without conceding a goal.
First, they took on decent opponents in the league but outgunned them. Petermann and Forsberg were dominant once again.

I however met a clown during that game. The guy first supported the opponent:

Dude, you have to choose your camp. Denied.
The second game, in the Champions League, was against a team I suspect is abandoned. I fielded my backups and up-and-coming players, and they had a fun on their way to a 5:0 win. A nice occasion to give guys some playing time and rack up skills points.

At the end of the day, T11 is perhaps using goals scored to separate us from the first place in the league:
Attachment 52688
On the other hand, they use it to put us on top of the Champions League group!

What makes me smile, though, is a look at the ratings in the league. Petermann and Forsberg are the best players so far. I'm glad I invested in Petermann to make him a powerful attacking MC and I am also very happy that I picked up Forsberg one morning, thinking that the expensive Nordgen would pay dividends down the road.

A 0:0 Cup draw at home in the first leg against a team from Bosnia, that has slightly more quality and stand second in its league.
I went for 4-4-2 against their 4-3-3 and had a lot of ball control, but their defence was programmed to stop everything we threw at them. You can see it in the player ratings. My own defence held firm, though, for yet another clean sheet.

I think I will add a little winning bonus in the second leg and hope that this makes a difference.
A takeaway so far this season: DR Jonas Graf is overtaking his rival Oskar Müller to start the big games. I like how all the new signings are performing.
I don't believe you are seeing the full picture - just because a team is not a member of the 5 or 6 teams that are usually in the top places doesn't mean that others, if they improve, can't get there also. Crystal Palace, for one, have been top 4 finishers on a previous occasion. Look at the results from the last 7-8 months and say they don't deserve to be there...

Good Match :D I might troll this guy..
Lost league game 6-1 against big spender rival and friend
The Red Stars Munich continue to rise in the league after a 3:0 win against a middle of the table team. They take the first place for the first time of the season. Previously denied by goals scored, they now lead because of it, given the tied goal differential!
Attachment 52735
It looks like the race at the top will be very tight as this season's league is not as competitive. Too many abandoned (or badly managed) teams at the bottom.
Meanwhile, my team tops ratings fairly easily. Bosnian MC Tarik Bašić joins his two teammates among the best rated, having been handed the keys to the midfield for one game.

Typical transfer market. I wonder how many people fall for these

Palace teams report, Saturday and Sunday (seems I missed yesterday due to being out on the lash)...
Palace Casuals registered three draws in their games, making a grand total of 7 draws out of 11 games so far this season. First up was a Champions League match at home, Casuals swept into a 2-0 lead through Omar Hansen (pen) and Reda Mourad, only to see the opposition pull back two goals late in the match after Valentin Ndjengue was injured and all three substitutes having been used. A 1-1 draw away in the League followed, Omar Hansen again put the Casuals in front before David Zhelev was dismissed for a professional foul and the home side equalised from the spot. The ten men then put in a master-class in defending against all attacks to escape with a point. Today's League game at home against the League leaders saw Casuals ahead in the 4th minute, Reda Mourad playing AMC in place of the injured Ndjengue heading home a Johan Shaqiri corner, but the visitors equalised in the 19th minute.

Palace Terriers have a 100% record at the top of their Champions League group after a home 2-0 win over the third of their Group opponents. The match was evenly balanced at 0-0, with 2 yellow cards each, when Terriers debutant Miguel Perez transgressed again and incurred the Order of the Early Bath. The away side failed to make anything out of the set-piece and Terriers immediately went down the other end of the pitch and Ben Atkins netted a Xabier Moran cross to put the 10-men 1-0 up, then Nathan Masegela added a second. After losing their first three League games, Terriers have begun to climb up the League, a goal-less away draw on Saturday followed by a 2-0 home win today, a Xabier Moran brace securing the win. Further progress in the Cup as Terriers forge ahead in their triple-pronged quest for glory. The home side scored first in the away 1st Leg match, but the second-half was all Terriers as Julien van der Plas, Luis Fernando Peralta (pen) and Masegela scored to make the final score 3-1.

Desert Rats FC have secured the top-spot in the League through a couple of good wins, the first a 3-0 home win, a Lorcan Ivory hat-trick securing the points, and today's 3-1 away win over one of the two Real Madrid teams in the League, Sebastien Valeri, Ivory, and Francisco Pelissier scoring. The away Cup 1st Leg match this evening was a routine affair, Steve Haddou opening the scoring, then Pelissier adding a brace for a 3-0 win.

Won ,champs league game 1-0. But /keeper injured.
A 4:0 domination today against one of the top teams in the league, with Petermann and Forsberg doing the most damage once again. Schouten also is making his mark as a young striker, scoring shortly after coming on.
That should give my team the goal differential to stay on top.
Funnily enough. T11 made it so Petermann provided himself an assist on a late penalty.
