Quick Question

I currently own a level 3 team and having decided that it didn't have a good start on it's first 3 leagues (getting 3rd, 1st, and now 3rd again on my trophies), I've come up to my mind that I should probably manage a new team. Now, here comes my question, should I stay on my level 3, soon to be level 4 team, and buy a scout player? Or make a new team, then buy a scout player? A follow-up question would be, should I buy a scout player or PL a fast trainer (if I have one)?

Well, imo you should focus on your actual team lvl 3 = more money to buy scout players

Yeah, I know 1 player can't bring me the league, but he can hopefully drive my team for me.

I know that part fairly well, since there's no such thing as a one-man team in football, and I can train the rest of my players to be aat a decent level too, in line with my future scout player.
