If you use a mobile device to play this game and have exhausted your videos for free packs. You can also log onto a pc/mac and continue watching videos for more packs through the facebook app or the actual top 11 web page.
Actually, it might be just the facebook app only. I haven't checked the top 11 wep page in awhile.

In Denmark there haven't been any (a few) boosters the last 2,5 months, due to a technical frame issue
Only boosters are harvested on the old Android app (how long is that gonna work)
No tokens on my server either
