I can't see any players in transfer auctions at 23:30

At the moment my transfer auctions list is empty. Not even a single player on that list.

Is that normal?

Maybe if you refresh your page ?
If you stay too long. the players of the list must be sold, so must refresh every 1-3 hours.

ok I refreshed the page and now it is fixed.

Next question if anybody wants to help, is, I wanted to buy in auction a few players below market value but I can't seem to find any at all.
Most of them are extremely close in market value. Is that normal as well?

yes, usually everyone trying to sell at the highest value (value -10%).
Only at the last days you can find some good discounts.
