About training + market value

I am level 1 at the moment trying to learn the game.

I tested a few players (not all) and my faster trainer was 251 (2.51 skill points) points per green pack.
1)Is the above (251 points) good or bad?
2)How many points on average really good players get per green pack?

I am also trying to find out the best way to spend my tokens to convert them into money. I've read somewhere that at level 1 the token->cash ratio is 1 token for 150k $.
3) Is the above correct?
4) what in your opinion is the best way to spend your rare and valuable tokens?
5) how is market value related to quality?
6)if I buy a 14 quality player and train him to 15 quality, is his market value going to rise? How much rise should I expect?
