Yes the condition thing was backed off.

As for injuries.. I use arrows sparingly, hard attack or defend rarely, don't over train unless it is planned with red packs, and have my guys with high physical stats and mostly rested at match time, rotating when possible. This season since I have been in League only and haven't had to use many red packs except when power training.

I think the rate of injury is back to where it was before they did the condition thing.
