Does imbalanced stats as such as this result in better attacking performances or not, I tried to put skill points like this and I must say it kind of made my players worse...

Not true I can say or depend on player, on Bocsa I had a player like that, he was in my first Eleven for 5 seasons, more then 232 goals.
