It's because it now renders buying tokens useless on this game, If I didn't but tokens and bought scouts and power trained I would face teams of 90 quality and I wouldn't have to spend big to compete, because I'm in a cup of L17/18 managers they can buy 5* players (6*/7* on my level) for 1T while I would have to spend hundreds of tokens to power train to match them.
