20T is the most you can get but that would cost the bidder about 45-49T which would be better used for a scout player.

I said three season ago the structure of the transfer Mkt was changing, welcome to the world of the geriatrics.
The life of a player in your squads is being reduced by two seasons.
You only have to look at the scout list.
Avg age was 25 from the 18 listed last season up from 14.2 the season before, mine is currently 26.3.
Not one single 22yo since day 1.
All 5* players on my T/M when they appear are 30+ with 75% of 4* over 26.

There is no doubt that some servers are now getting the cream, checking people who are now in their third season on my negotiations have 22yo scouts in their teams this season and also high quality 18/19yo 5*.

Ceahlaul 0-2 July Fourth League Round 12
Ceahlaul 93.3 3-5-2 with DML/DMR - July Fourth 103.8 4-4-2 Classic

We were kind of lucky to get away with the 3 points here against a stubborn Ceahlaul who played well and perhaps deserved a draw from this game, July Fourth were not at their best, Michu was moddest, and Papaleo was out the game on 12 minutes with an injury and as the game wore on with it being 0-0 most of the way, we were wondering if we were actually going to win this one or not, It was more of a better defensive side of July Fourth's game that won this rather than the strikers, Adams and Ramirez worked very well on the Center-Right and Right back positions, they made sure nothing got through and a left back R.McNamara is the expert of the slide tackles. Our Goal eventually came midway through second half with both substitutes, Crawford squaring off to Alex Zidane to smash it past the keeper, Ceahlaul were not finished here, there was 2 chances for the home side to get level, one went wide and another was blocked by Ramirez, Then a foul from the home side gave Mensah a free-kick and he got it up and over the wall and into the goal to kill the game off.

I'm beginning to think why should we bother with counter formations? SimyFC keeps the same formation and beats teams easily as well and she almost has as many goals as me. I started using my own style of 4-5-1 v and score more goals this way. Better than switching every match as that's how most of my low scoring wins have come from

AS Roma is the same in my league and his team never ever changes it's been 3-4-1-2 for 5 seasons now. sure he doesn't do any 26-0-0 but his TC is as good if not slightly better than my own.

Is there a hidden Team Chemistry? or balance when teams play in a certain formation, I've noticed my team plays at its best when I line up in the 3N-1-3W-1-2 formation, often scoring 6 or 7 past opponents that are 10 less than me, my other formation like 3N-4-1-2 with Miku, seems to struggle against worse teams. Next season I know what my Prioritys are in the Transfer Market or Scout List are... MR and a DMC which next seasons Universal Player if we do continue that.

I've worked out putting too many players in attacking positions ends up in poor results, I think possession play in the midfield is the key in this game at the moment.
