It was a bright start to the match, both teams going for the first goal early on in the game. Mata's free kick tipped over by the goalkeeper and Bogdany's header missing from the corner. But it was us who took the lead on 38 minutes, Petersen went through to goal and finishing past the goalkeeper. Wael FC got the equaliser on half time, Covarubbias' long range strike finding the back of the net and it was all to play for in the 2nd half. We were causing all sorts of problems for them and Morrey Hillen was booked early on in the 2nd half for a mistimed tackle. We had free kicks and corners headed clear and you could sense a goal was coming. Minutes later, Morrey Hillen was sent off for a 2nd bookable offence. We were dominating the remainder of the match and we were knocking on the door for the winning goal but we couldn't find a way through. Fabregas gave us a lead on 73 minutes from a corner, heading the ball into the far corner beating the goalkeeper and giving us a huge lead. They held on for the remainder of the match but the hard fought win secures a 5 point lead at the top of the table for Perfect Tactics.

SimyFC was supporting the home team but again, this was all in vain as her attempts of overthrowing my games are not working.

As long as the game engine is on my side then I can probably relax, these nervy games aren't nice lol. SimyFC still has to play Wael FC so a draw there can give me a nice advantage going into my last few games. My run in is definitely easier than hers, my last 2 games are home against the bottom 2 teams while she has an easy game and then an away game against Oat FC

I'd probably back Wael FC to finish above SimyFC on this edivence... be a long shot though. but yes the game engine can be a factor sometimes but you never seem to have much trouble when playing rubbish teams.

Yeah I really want her to lose but she keeps winning for some reason... not lost in ages.

Just looked at my remaining fixtures and they are against 2-7 placed teams. Lets hope I can keep clean sheets to stay with just 2 conceded all season

Yeah especially as those 2 came pretty early in the season

So my CL opponent loves to change formation a lot. I've seen him use 4-2-3-1, 4-1-2-1-2 ND and sometimes he uses some random asymmetric formation.

I hate the first leg at home damn it...

Have to start thinking about ditching my players soon, end of the season not that far away and I need to lower my average
