Champions league preview - Perfect Tactics (47.5) vs Kabol FC (41.5)
This match shows 2 teams on form go head to head in this CL semi-final. Perfect Tactics better off with a 6 point quality average but this will be no easy tie as Kabol FC have a semi-scouted team. Early team news is that Kabol has changed their formation yet again and we are currently sitting on an asymmetrical formation to be changed in-play. They could be playing a 4-1-3-2, 4-1-2-1-2 ND or 4-2-3-1, either way we may opt for the 4-5-1 v, WM or my secret formation depending on the formation.
No injury worries for Perfect Tactics although we do have 6 players sitting on yellow cards. One main change for Perfect Tactics is Nascimento comes in for Suarez.
Match odds:
Perfect Tactics: 3/10, Draw 4/1 Kabol FC 6/1

New Team (1st, Q32, 4-3-2W-1/3-3-2W-2 2nd half) VS Basgaza (4th, Q23,5 , 3-1-4-2)
A very important match for us as we wanted to stay put at first place alone. WIth the tiny margin's victory of the 3rd place (1-0) and Bakuretsu to play later, we had to win this first of two last hard matches.
Things didn't start really smooth for New Team as their manager had a baptism to attend and was late to the start, forgettin even to leave the team organized on a 4-1-2-1-2 while leaving anyway a decent formation on the 4-5-1 V. As Coach Mad arrived New Team was already dominating the ball possession (65%) and there were already more than three missed chanches on our side. At minute 20 Coach Mad sends in Karimi (MC) taking out the Russian DMC Goryushkin, and the pressure raises more; after another three or four occasin wasted with wide shoots or good blocks by the keeper, Hutton receives in the area and goes for it scoring the so awaited 1-0 (43'), ending the first half with Bagsaza unable to score even one tiny coloured action.
The seconf half opens ferociously with New Team initially raising the possession to 70% and playing fully in the opponent's half. Basgaza on the other side seems to have instructed their players to hard tackle on coach Mad's boys: from 45' to 49' Callaghan fails 3 shoots on free kicks towards the goal. Another hard tackling injures Denver who has to make space for Lenders, settling the formation to 3-3-2W-2;
And on a following corner kick Lenders himself gets blockedright before the tap in, while the ball reaches Tom Becker who from 25 meters seals the 2-0 with a missile shoot (50').
COach Mad let Everett (DL) warm up to go for a more covered 4-2-2-2 at this point, but even before the refree could call the sub (idiotic 13 minute lag into game engine) Basgaza actually manages to make their second and third (and will be the only ones) actions towards New Team's half, and guess what, score 2 goals in 3 minutes, Tying (63', 65'). The hard tackling festival continues on as we approach to the end with a bitter taste incoming in mouth, when Oliver Hutton shoots a perfect free kick under the seven and only the keeper says no. But the ladder can't do **** about the following corner when New Team's captain jumps higher than anyone and heads in the definitive 3-2 (80'). Frustrated, Basgaza keep motivating his players on hard taclking and as result Roche makes a late tackle on the match's end injuring Diamond too and getting the red card (88').
Statistics
Scorers: O.Hutton, T,Becker, Veld, Sorlje, O.Hutton.
MoM: Oliver Hutton (9), New Team FC.
Injuries: Bob Denver, New Team, 2 days; Paul Diamond, New Team, 5 days.
-Oliver Hutton scores New Team's 100th goal in the league, reaching the season toal of 30 matches played, 34 goals, 24 assists and 11 MoM.
We were lucky to have still 15 or so red packs which healed Denver, who has just completed his Aerial Defender SA. We could then buy just 10 Reds to fully heal DIamond for the upcoming CL semifinal.

Result Just In...
Hurray FC 0-2 GALATASARAY... GALATASARAY dominate the game with having far more chances on goal against Hurray FC but only managed to put just 2 away but it is enough for me to say that we are going to play against GALATASARAY in the final which will undoubtably give me a very tough test against an active manager that boasts a semi scouted team. He didn't play with the 4-1-3W-2 and started with 4-4-2, When he went 2-0 up in the 2nd half he switched from 4-4-2 to 4-1-4-1... so it looks like he maybe a player that may look for a counter formation...
