    27- 6*
    28- 5*
    29 -5*
    30- 4*
    31-3*
    32-2*

I'm just going to keep him as a first team player until he gets to 4*. I think he'll still be effective as a 5* player for easier games and at 4* he'll be a reserve. If the cup format remains the same then I can keep him when he's old and at 2* so my average will be lowered. I just want to keep him until he retires.. Don't want other players to get their hands on him lol. Oh yeah, and probably a friendly testimonial on his last game.

I'll find a replacement for him, although he probably won't be as good. As for my other players... Suarez will be gone in 2 seasons time when my new striker takes centre stage. I'm planning to keep all my youngsters for at least 5 seasons. If Lamb is still a fast trainer at 23 then so will my young players.
Friendly Testimonial... I was thinking something like that for Zidane in all honesty. I don't know exactly how long hes got left, looking at his quality projection...

7*106 end this season aged 27
    6*108 end next season 28
    6*110 - 29
    5*112 - 30
    4*114 - 31
    4*115 - 32
    3*116 - 33
    2*117 - 34

    Papaleo projection

    8*112 - 26
    8*115 - 27
    7*117 - 28
    7*120 - 29
    6*122 - 30
    5*124 - 31
    5*125 - 32
    4*126 - 33
    3*127 - 34

Assuming both players play to retirement of 34.

Lamb will be a fast trainer until 25.
