I came up with another good use for these 3* junkies while we have them for the next few days, play loads of friendlies with them, since we would not be bothered about the players condition or them getting injuried, they would be ideal to farm a few boosters from them.

so i guess you sold a lot of your players?
i am just gonna sell 4 now and keep the others off contract which still reduces my overall points
probably wont sign all of them, just gonna lose around 300k a player so its not really worth the work for me xD

No.. I was just selling off my worst squad players that I would of normally sold at the beginning of next season anyways.

I did this season another strategy. I bought some young substitute players at mid-season, trained them well, but since they did not make it I sell them now with a profit. And I substituted them with older, 26+, 3 star players with special abilities (could grap 3 for 1 token each). I will throw them on the market on day 1 of the season at a good time and hope for some token wars. As a side effect my average quality is slightly lowered, which could be good for the cup (but the effect is only slightly, 1.5 team quality points).

No-one is really bidding, I just can lay 1T on each 3*85 player there is on the market...

On my server people bid quite actively. A five star player I put yesterday on the market left the FCK for a higher value than his market value. And free transfer ran over more than 20 rounds (market value 1.2 million €, they should have done a token-money exchange).

Any free transfers at my level on my server are always players that are going to retire.
