even in the old format, it's not possible

although some people say it's random, the drawing of cup is not random. i'm sure of it. therefore i can say for certain your wish is not possible

Why it isn't possible? There are plenty of lvl 2 managers out there. It's not like that there are 100 players on the server so they need to put me against higher level

of course there's more than 100 players on the server. it's not possible since they draw high quality team against low quality team in cup. if there's a level 20 manager in your cup, it's a very high probability that you, as level 2 manager, will face him sooner or later

And whats nice on that? I have 1 year + so far and I didn't had any chance to win CUP maybe now with this new cup system I will have a chance.
