I will normally sell if the offer is 9T unless the player is a Scout that I just bought or a Youth player that I had power train for weeks.
Yes you get back your cash and Tokens. someone will beat u to the player if he offers 10T and the Seller accepts.
But in the event that you are a "friend" the seller can still choose to sell to u at 9T instead of selling at 10T
