Where my fitness points at?

yesterday 2pm my time my players had ~60 fitness. Then they should get 5 points at 2.30,5.30,8.30 and so on. I wake up this morning and see all my players still having fitness in their 60s up to 70...
wtf is going on? I won`t have full fitness for my cup match bc of that

The conditions of players usually are not exactly as expected after new season start. Probably the system stopped players from rest and start the season beginning system progress. And the rest time will also change in new season.

Today, I was also surprised that some of my players' conditions much lower than I expected. But I subsequently notice that these players participated in the 1st Cup match before I logon.

and I was like ok I can take off until tomorrow morning, no more matches everything gonna be alright...if u do they f*** you over
