Players on transfer market same price for 3 seasons?

Hey guys,

The last 3 seasons the highest price for a player was 104 million (level 16/17/18). What is going on? I don't mind the prices but normally the highest prices are the best trainers. Right now I bought a player that is not such a good trainer but costed 104 million. Is it normal to have the same prices after level 16?

You can get 105 Mil players on Lv 17 & 18.. but yeah, that's how it's going to be from now on.
