I don't see there is any change in Cup draw. It is usual that opponents can be teams which are in highers levels. Have I overlooked something?

In this season, my level 27 is really lucky that it only faces similar quality, same level teams in the first 3 rounds. My level 19 Team faces teams which are 1, 3 and 2 levels above it in the first 3 rounds, but it is lucky that only the third round opponent is with much higher quality. In my opinion, if cup opponent is in higher level but with similar quality to my teams, they are actually less well managed and is usually weaker in real strength.

I like some challenges to play higher level teams in cup, but I also think limiting difference in levels in cup matches up to 2 or 3 levels is more reasonable.
