    Mythbusters Lab

    Well, this is the lab of Mythbusters, the thread where I 'll make tests, keeping records or making observations
    relative to the main thread

    I don't want that thread to be so long (it will be anyway, because I 'm gonna examine many myths)
    so I 'll use this secondary thread, to post some cases.

    Ok, in the main thread, I mentioned about that grass quality doesn't affect the injuries of the team.
    At post #7, Cat said
    I'd like to disagree. I power trained for a long time and noticed when I finished an upgrade drops in injury.
    So, it's time for MYTHBUSTERS !
    Today, my alt team, Tigran, finished a grass upgrade

    So, I took a young fast trainer, Kyrgiakos Sotiris

    and gave him a little work to do

    about 54 training, in three bars, most of them in a practice match.
    Well, not one injury

    This is the real Sotiris Kyrgiakos , a Greek defender that played in Liverpool, 2009-2011

    I would think the upgrades to grass only affect changes in friendlies and games. Not so much the training mode.

    well, I played today a Cup game home (and tomorrow I 'll have a league game)- let's see.

    Another test for my ST Mavros this time

    Mavros was a nordgen I bought last season, with either foot and one-to-one sa ().
    This season I could expect more from him.

    So, time for little work

    30, 3 bars training, mostly in practice match and no injury again.
    Nice

    It seems that either foot didn't help him a lot, but let's see if he will improve if I 'll give him those 40 sp to Attack and M&P.

    ok, let's resume !
    After finishing the grass upgrade at 7 October, I played 4 games, 7,8,10 & 12 and I had none injury.
    Two power training and some small normal training and nothing.
    So, grass upgrade didn't affect my injury rate.

    Ok, let's see for another Myth.
    Mavros is the ST I power trained in post #4.
    I wasn't satisfied so far from his performance

    After his power train, I bench him for three days, i gave those 40 sp to attack and M&P and put him back in a game yesterday.
    He scored twice and got a good rate. Today he played in another game, he didn't score but had a good rate (and assist).

    hmmm. let's see if with those extra sp in attack and M&P or with his 6* can play better

    or those 3 days I benched him, reverse some medium/bad form period.

    Well, it was only for those two games
    In the next 3 games he played, he had bad performance. Not a goal or an assist.

    My personal opinion about those mumbo jumbo (bench him, training and giving skill points) tricks to reverse the form of a player in a few days, it's a Myth.
    I tried this many times and I couldn't change anything.
    Maybe next season, he 'll gonna play better

    An update about my player
    Now Mavros is having much more sp to attack and M&p than defense.
    He's playing little better but still has some games where he gets a 7 and no goals

    Friendly games
    A manager from my (last season) league send a friend request a couple of days before our match.
    I accept, then the day before out game, he organized a friendly game vs my team

    but you also changed am(s) to ML and MR a more defensive formation. that said I agree that friendlies are useless
