if the winning manager had best player on the pitch then i`d agree but surely best player on pitch should get man of match, actually that`s another idea like the English league`s giving Manager of the month and Manager of year ( not sure about other Countries ) why not Reward manager`s at end of Season with extra tokens/ packs ??
