Automatic Skill point - "New Skill" Allocation

Anytime I train my players, the skill point distributes automatically to "defense", attack and ....

Anyway, I now want to give my player an additional skill "Corner kick specialist". How do I ensure that all his points automatically go there.

By the way, my two season absence is over and all my players are looking scary....Grrrrrrrrrr

when you chose to add a skill or role the points will go there.

there are three columns of regular skill attributes. to select which to not train uncheck the checkbox.

I already tried that. Nordeus notified me that I have to keep at least one section checked for each player. I really need help with this else I will be stuck playing only on PC...which means missing lots of games.

I just don't want match day skill points to automatically allocate to a players shooting when, instead, I want to build his "free kick specialty"
