How important is Morale??

I just bought new players and they're fully fit but their morale is low at the moment.. I have a game in two hours and I was wondering how much will the low morale effect how the team does?

Is very important, try to keep always maximum if is possible .

If they have good moral or low is very possible for them to play bad.
