Nuggets of wisdom from the Assistant Manager...

Now that there's a useful* Assistant Manager button on the Android Live Match screen, has anyone any appropriate/inappropriate/funny/otherwise** comments that they've come across that will be of interest/share the fun**?

One example that I had was the AM popped up in the Cup 2nd Leg match today and said 'now that we're ahead, perhaps we should play defensive for the last few minutes'...

a) Fair comment, we were ahead 2-1 at the time (3-2 aggregate);
b) Perhaps he should have noted that due to the strength of the opponent, we were already playing defensive; and
c) Seeing that it was the 51st minute of the game, there were more than 'a few' last minutes left...

BTW, final score was 4-1 (5-2 aggregate).

Same thing happened to me my last match. lol

My AM loves to counterattack, while I'm attacking minded. One thing I find funny is that he says "Let's surprise the opponent with some quick counterattacks"... Do you expect to play a counterattack by playing in triangles?

I played against a team with 3DC/DMR/DML/3MC and 2 strikers. The assistant told me to go more defensive as the other team was really offensive orientated? 9 man behind the middle line is offensive? Whut? I laughed.
