I disagree, somewhat. Strong team can lose to weak team only if either their morale is weak, or their condition - by the very definition of morale, quality, and physical condition.

Yes, but TE isn't that great simulator, so we shouldn't get nor happy too much when we win neither unhappy when we got trolled. I used to get trolled so I'm not frustrated now when I lose as much as I was frustrated one year ago.
I suggest to reduce level of expectations of this game, it is not proper football manager.

How can turbocharged sports car lose the race to 4 cyl car? Answer: only if the driver is drunk, sick, or sports car breaks down. But those would be the very definitions of morale and physical condition. If both are maxed out, losing becomes physically impossible, simply because sports car has higher power and speed. The same with players: if player A whose speed and aggression (and 10 other qualities) are twice of player B's, and the form shown in the game in real time is also consistently higher, still loses to player B, it means that those numbers were simply false. If they were not, then what does the form mean to begin with, if not playing better?

You forgot misshift and you forgot Lotus Elise, 4cyl car that can beat more powerful cars but that's offtopic
Playing game is like when someone buys car which has sports car equipment (deeper bumpers, big wheels etc.) but ordinary suspension, small brakes, low power engine and has expectation that this car runs like strongest model just because it looks "fast".
