New video commercials require to sign up

On Facebook platform, I see new breed of commercials for money/rests/boosters/treatments, that seem to require some kind of sign up ("enter "visit Scotland contest", "Join "We stand for energy" etc.). Previously commercials that required anything more than watching, were for tokens; there were some that required a click to open up new page, but not more than that. With these, I was not able to earn a single reward, although I of course did not sign up for anything. Wondering, did they work for anybody?

no token earn, and even you sign up, you still get nothing. i didn't get any video to earn also, all are the freefly or those similar things to pop up. i mean those happen on topeleven page for earning the token too.
