What he says is of course just empty cliche's, but I also believe that it is worth considering what he says. If my players often underachieve, it must be my job to turn things around. More competition in the team? Are my guys that smart? Does the Nordeus code have that depth?
I will start with adding arrows, and more competition. At least it will give me the opportunity to compare ratings. For example, I now have three strikers - it is time for scout-striker Bas to fight for his place in the starting 11.

i always ignore what he told me....i am winning 4:0 in 30 min...he tells me to put more attacking player or try another way because the opposite know how to stop my attack -.- (kidding??) and sometime...he tells me that it should be a easy win....but i am losing 2:0 in 78min =.=!....many time...i think he works with opposite team -.-!
