Academy players please help

Im still newbie so i need help ive been reading people taking players from academy and training and making profit? How can i take players from academy ? Do i have to spend tokens also?

No need to spend anything on that man, simply sign your free academy players, train them to 4 or 9 ending quality(ex 34 or 39Q)
and then sell. If you'r on higher level you could also train them up to 1skill point away from next star( now also 2 points away playrs show on negotiation ? Corect me if im wrong.) and then wait for someone to place a good offer for your player.
By good offer i mean.. anything between 3 & 5Tokens is good offer. more than 5 is instant sell if you don't need that player( the case of free agents).

Why 4 or 9 Ending Quality?
Because that appears to be the strongest players on the market if you order them by quality and that's where people usually go crazy and spend tokens.
A lv 1 would be trying to get 24Q players
Lv 2 would go for 29
3 for 34
4 for 39
and so on.. as this is the best you can get from the transfer market.
I know Academy grows slow in the begining, you would have to upgrade your stadium and you'll slowing start to earn cash.

But first you need to built the academy, first player Will arrive after 28 days.

Do not upgrade the academy, before you get the player, otherwise it Will reset, and the countdown Will restart.
