I think they are abusing a bug that allows one to generate the old max cash.

Since the value becomes -2b after digit overflow, he may gain that cash after the transfer if the code doesn't specifically prevent it.
Because the SS just look exactly as it was the max cash abuse people have been talking about.

Don't know if the bug is fixed since the 32bit limit removed, though.
