Scammed by ad partners! Please advise!

At the beginning of the current season in order to earn some tokens I downloaded free apps. During the process I received two messages stating that services for GamesMarket costing 4.99 Euros and Cleanmaster costing 6.99 Euros have been subscribed. I then thought it to be spam messages but then I got billed 11.98 Euros by my operator. I dont know whom should I contact. I have sent a message to Nordeous. I dont exactly remember from which ad provider did I download the ad from, either Fyber or Tapjoy. Please advise, incase if it had happened to you and if you have sorted it out! Thank you.

I dont think you're gonna get your money back, next time unlink your credit account out of your device before downloading apps to complete offers.
