Quick fix for you:

1. Remove all arrows on your defenders, AMLR pair and DMC.
2. Sort your team by quality, and assign the top 5 players as captain in that order.
3. Change team mentality to "attacking", mixed passing and zonal marking, the rest as default (no counter, no trap).
4. If your DMC gets bad rating after the new arrangement, put blue arrow on him.

I've got another fix in mind but thx
Those orders work perfectlly on my main team but not on 2nd and 3rd. will update some results once i try out the new tactics.
