i cant put red and blue arrow on my dmc

yesterday i cant put red or blue arrow on my dmc until now,wtf
yesterday lose my cup match
it this a bug?

it is happening to me with my MR. I tried changing position and player but I think this is a bug.what can be done?

It was happening to me with central defender. I noticed where ever i moved it the same was happening with that same one. So i moved my cd to gk and left the gk without arrows and the cd now has arrows.
