A small query please

i am in level 2 & i am new in this forum (yes i know its nothing)
i hve gotta question a friend of mine who s in level 4 got a 8 star player others are like 6 7 star
hows it is possible to make a player that rated without purchasing token in such a short span of time ??

Because he is 2 divisions above you his players might appear to be 8 stars but to him that 8 star will appear as a 6 star.
