Anyone know if there is a guide on bringing quality down for new season? I have about 3 7 stars and 4 6 stars i want to keep.
That'll leave 6 star GK, 5 star DL 6 star CB 6 star DMC can go but I want to keep a balance to compete in cup and CL but lower quality down at the same time.
Day 27 - Palace Terriers League report.
Palace Terriers visited 12th place and struggled to a 3-0 win. With both the opposition goalkeeper and one of the DCs punching above their weight, the 'keeper saving 7 times and the defender tackling and intercepting at will, only when Andre Forsmark netted his free-kick for the second goal did the Terriers feel that they had the upper hand in the match. Striker Florent Ben Dhia collected a brace for the other goals.
With their only challengers for the title losing at 8th place, Terriers are confirmed as Champions of their Level 7 League:
Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
I experienced the same in the past seasons because we both were trying to win it big - beat stronger teams in cup competition instead of losing quality to face to weaker teams instead, so this is normal.
The only match I lost this season is the very first cup match right after maintainance without my attendance because I could not log on to server at that time (this is an annoying bug that Nord should fix!!!); and although I tried to come back in the second leg, I could not make it due to the loss in the first match, so you should feel better :-)
Anyway, wrap up this season and try again next season, when we don't expect that much maybe that would be the best time to win some surprises! You got my best wishes:-)
Day 27 - Palace Casuals report.
Palace Casuals were at home to 7th place, and came up against a resolute defence and 'keeper in top form. Mario Dinamarca headed in a Mehmet Serif cross 5 minutes before the break to put the Casuals ahead, but the visitors equalised in the second half and resisted all efforts for a winning goal. A 1-1 draw wouldn't have been enough, but the League leaders were held 0-0 at home to 3rd place, so it's all down to the final match of the season - 1st vs 2nd!
