Did you change your iphone? Mobile accounts are linked to IMEI.

Hi thanks for response , no phone is not stolen had it 2 years , havnt updated or changed nothing , played the game in the morning , opened app in evening and it opened to select a language screen :0(

When you open/start the T11 app, does the sign-in "pop-up"?, either you hit "play" or "log in through Facebook" (connect to FB)

It used to do that always a option and I never played it through Facebook , but last night just went straight to select a language screen and back to the start ,

it seems that the game has reset it self on your phone. if you remember the team name and such, try contacting nordeus. Maybe their less-than-average-quality support can help you out

good idea ! from nordeus you can get the team back using his info : like date when you joined the game , team name , jersey ,emblem ,quality ...
