There is not a right formation
there is not a magic recipe
all those thing affects the game process only 1-2%
there are many factors which affect the game, if you add to that the roll dice of the game, the presence or not, of the managers, every game is different.
No one knows how those things are working for sure.
Just try and see the result.
As about the arrow, I use reds on my wingers and blues to my DCs but I don't know if the correct for every game.
