just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with their scout list not refreshing?

It can't be refreshed. When you get a message saying "you have new scout players!", then that's when new players appear. This happens 8 times a season after daily maintenance

that's what i mean. i'm getting the messages, but the players aren't changing

You only get 1 or 2 new scout players at the start of the season. During the course of the season you'll get more new ones.

i am waiting second season for AMR. got maybe 5 new AML and AMC but 0 AMR that suck : )

i got new scouts today and the position i desperately need, DML but i'am not sure if i should buy him because of his SA is penalty taker. Might wait and pick up a DML in market and go for a different scout. normally i'd buy off the TM buy i only have 2mill atm so i cant really get a couple top players for low tokens.

It refreshes every couple of days but at the start of the season, it does it more often.
