    Days12 and 13 - Palace Casuals report.

Two League defeats against lower-Q opposition, and a defeat in the final Group match of the Champions League - this one more expected as Casuals started with the reserves on board, and had a player sent off on the stroke of half-time...

    League round 11

Oppenent had much luck today. He had 3 watchers. I was controlling the game. He was many times switching his formation. From 3 4 1 2 to 3 1 3w 1 2. I notice that I better can play 4-5-1 v style the next time. The drew came out a corner grrr.

    4' Ozil
    9' Rodriquez
    66' Sanchez assist Wilshere
    83' Pierciamonti (corner)

In the cup we still are, as Master Yoda would say.
We almost blew it, but fought back.

Playing against a weaker opponent with 1-1 agg score. My heart was in my mouth because my team played amazing yet couldn't beat the keeper. I thought it was gonna be one of those Matches where it was 11v1 and the 1 (GK) won. He kept out 10 shots on target somehow and they barely threatened. Through to QF of Cup for the first time in a long time on away goal.

Day 14 - Palace teams report.

Another set of striker offerings from the Assistant Manager for the Palace Casuals Management to ponder over yesterday, eventually decided on this one - he's Italian, must be into scoring goals - Lord knows that the other nationalities aren't at the moment...

    Season 75 - Are you ready?-pc-massimiliano-gerini-79t.jpg

Palace Terriers had their latest Youth graduates unveiled today, and the 15T 4*/50Q DC/DR was of interest as one of the existing ones was 3* and fading fast...

    Season 75 - Are you ready?-pt-leon-whitby-15ty.jpg

The 'free' 1*/39Q ST player was signed and sold, another welcome $2.8M in the coffers.

Palace Terriers played at home against the team just below them in the League table, and it was 11 vs their GK. Terriers conceded from a double corner in the first half, but rallied after the break, the strikers combining for Bruno Linares to net the equaliser with 15 minutes to go. Opposition 'keeper MoM, 9 saves...

The Terriers Assistant Manager came up with his recommendations after the match (all strikers again!) and the Management took the opportunity to replace one of the 3* strikers with this one...

    Season 75 - Are you ready?-pt-samir-gross-39t.jpg

Palace Casuals played their Cup nemesis team in the League, and finally came up with the formation to bag both a win, and the first goal from open play between these sides this season. A possible counter for the defensive formation used by the opposition, but a note of caution as whether the presence of the second DMC (sent off in the first half) would have made a difference...

Won at Home in the league to keep me in top 3 with a 5-0 score.

Ferreiro broke the deadlock then Siqueira scored to make it 2
And Pitry scored a hat trick before going off.

What I don't understand is why I couldn't score more than 5 after my opponent change to this formation.

My next game is at 5.30am so I can safely say I won't be attending lol. Well done Nordeous. If I lose badly in the CL that's just unfair.
