    Fitness in training

    Hi I wanted to to how to train players to there fully ability?

    is it better to first train there physical and there fitness so they are then able to train for long or does this not count on training ?

    no, physical has to do with the performance during the game.
    It doesn't help in the training, loosing less condition during the match or to avoid an injury for example.
