Yes. 8% bonus. Say you get 50% possession and 10 shots in the game then the 8% will give you more time on the ball meaning +tackles +shots +passes
It's a win-win-win

Now say you're losing and go all out attack and earn a draw or win. Being active would save you points. No brainer.
