Top 11 point`s ( CAN SOMEONE FROM NORDEUS EXPLAIN ? )

Someone just shared top 11 point`s on my f/book timeline by beating someone else`s point score for which it shows me top with 6,354pts and i have a couple question`s

1 - why do never see my score on my timeline unless someone share`s it ?

2- how do i have so many point`s is it from when i first started playing or does it start at the beginning of every season ?

3 - how do top 11 point`s system work

It's from your start. You keep getting points while playing through. Wins, transfers, sales, upgrades, everything has a set number of points which gets added. No clue on how to see them though.

This happens regularly on facebook...what they are for i dont know. but all i know is my brother just beat my highest score lol

don`t ask me either just saw it ( clue - in o/p) on facebook but only when a friend from here shared it, never seen it before. that is why i`m asking for an understanding about it.
