Day 4 - Palace Terriers Cup report.

The Cup draw for the Qualifying Round had pitted Palace Terriers against a team +1 Level and +1.5Q on team quality, which translated into +3.5Q in starting XI, bearing in mind the Terriers had included some reserves. Terriers were sent out in 4-5-1V defensive mode, and were two down by the third minute after the break, so the Management decided to let them off their leashes and they pulled one back in the second half, the defensive duo of central defender Abdulla Ali with the header and left-back Andre Forsmark with the corner kick, doing the honours. Having cast an eye on the rest of the Cup competition and found mostly Level 10 and above prospective future round opponents, the Management now have a couple of days to decide whether to build on the away goal and go for progression, or concede the tie and concentrate on the other two competitions.
