UPDATE: Android users should start seeing the update right now.
It crashed on the Chrome endless...
If you remove old (perfect) version of TE which I still can run on IE, after two years i am out of this game.
Other thing I am working on oil rig, where is slow internet and is not possible to run new version of game on chrome or fire fox, my 10 collegues are out of game too.
New version is not pleasurable at all.
Sorry people, but I like this update very much: it is not because new things are always a bit confusing that we should stay stuck in the past forever.
I always found the skill points farming and accumulation ridiculous. With this, the game looks much more like the real thing: you need to train to perform well in your matches. That's sport, that's football.
Sure there is this memory issue. My computer is rather old but obviously, 2 GB is plenty memory to have the game running smoothly.
On top of that, I hope that the update will give fully active managers the edge against half-active ones with this bonus addition. Let's see.

Not only need high RAM for browser (1 GB+ RAM), but also need high speed internet connection coz game take around 10 MB while loading.
If your internet connection slow then you are doomed, coz will take a very long time to load.
My Firefox use 1.2 GB RAM while I open TE new version + this forum :rolleyes:

I've got the new training on my mobile, but not on computer browser, even though I've updated IE, Chrome and Firefox.
I did loads of power training at the start of the season, so not really in the need to do much more training until the start of next season but I did have a little play about with it earlier. I'm not going to criticise it completely, as I think it is something that will grow on us once we get to understand it better. Just a couple of questions however -
For 32 Green packs you can do a team massage which will recover players. I assume this is similar to the last option where for 7/8 packs each player improved their fitness by 5%. Can anyone confirm how much the players recover for 32 packs - if its fully to 99% then that is a fantastic addition and one I feel I will be massively taking advantage of in future power training sessions.
The level thing they have for training - Im currently at level 3, but won't be doing much more training until next season. I note that as you level up you can unlock new/better drills etc... Can anyone confirm what the level cap is on the training. Is it going to be something that people hit very soon, like the cap on attendances etc?
I do think the potential is here on this update if I am being honest. Sometimes I think people are a bit worried with change and are happy to have the old status quo, but I think this change could improve the game in the long term if people give it a proper try.
The only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been if there could have been something imported into the game where we could have used game money to get packs, or other benefits - as at the moment I find having billions in the bank is a pretty redundant thing as there is nothing to use it on.
Set up a exchange cash for packs, or exchange cash for increased rest etc... and I think this update would go from being potentially good to being potentially great.

click on (V) not help and you must refresh browser, this mean game will take around 10 MB again, this situation not good if you use internet with quota :D
old version only take around 1-2 MB while load
Careful when you first use this new training method! I had two players one cone off another star and was training them on new roles. The training drill just added another cone anyway meaning I lose the chance to get good deals in negotiations!!

It should not be a problem for the mobile users, but the few times I'd used the old PC, I loved the stats. Sad it's gone :(
The mobile version was already ****ed, I hated it and I did not use. Now the computer is forced upon us! The skill points I would like now is to allocate, and when you want, do not let the computer out for me !!! Everything has become much more complicated. This change ruined this game. Today I do not play with more and more of my friends decided to do so!

Regarding skill points, you can still decide where the skill points go, Rémai. The only thing you can't do is collect them (without applying). Your players will improve the area you want them to improve. If you want them to improve attack, select an attacking drill. Same with defense or Mental & Physical.
Skill points were never intended to work that way (allowing users to hoard thousands of them), as that's far away from what happens in real life. As I mentioned, you can still decide what do you want them to improve, even special abilities or roles, but you can't "accumulate" them.
New Training also includes a quick training feature which requires even less clicks than before, which allows you to train your players in seconds.
Ok, so where on this player do I say I only want skills points to go to defence - on the mobile app, there used to be green tick-boxes where the highlighted coloured spots are now, which you could turn on and off to guide the application of skills points - they're not on the new PC App.

Can I suggest that it would have been nice to be able to upgrade our training ground too?

You use individual training schedules.
Yes! You can select "which" specific skills you want to improve, not only Defence, Attack or Physical/Mental, but each type of drill within these cathegories will target specific skills within these areas. Check the drills and you will see which specific skills will affect.
Its all too confusing and time consuming. I liked this game simpler. You made success because it was easy and clean to play. I knew what i had to do to be better: Just train and choose good tactics. I think you went the wrong way...its a completely different game. You should have kept top11 like it was and just make a new game the way you want. Something called: Training11. Don't know if i will continue playing...have to see if i like this new training game.
4 years and 9 months down the pan, the new version will not load. Inless i can go back to the old version I quit.
I like it so far. I did have some connection problems at first, but after a restart all seems to be working fine.
I like how it looks and that we now have all the extra options that were already present in the mobile version, like recommendations and live matches. I think I like the new training system. At first look it feels a lot more sophisticated than what we had before. But I'll have to play around with it to fully understand it.
Question: am I correct in thinking that if I'm training an extra position or SA, all (let's not talk about skill points anymore) training progress goes to that SA/position unless I pause it?
There is some stuff I miss as well. In transfers there's no option to select a certain kind of player (5* DC/DR, for example). It would be nice to be able to filter results. I really miss team history. How can you build legends if you don't have the stats to prove it? I really hope it will be implemented again at some point, and not just as an external page.
One thing I really don't like is the look of my facilities. Stadium rotation doesn't really work well on PC, but turning it off it doesn't look great. I think you could find a better angle. :)
I have no concrete opinion on the updates yet and im willing to try them out a little first but there is something bothering me.
Im shocked to see my striker has 120% ability in one attribute, is he like superhuman or what? Lol Nordeus you dropped the ball there !
even my desk top has 4G ram... still freeze...this is a fail update of the PC version!!! this like running a super bluestack in the chrome and eat up all the RAM!
This update is dramatic! End of game for me. Game is lagging now and the graphics are hiddious. Before this update I loved to play the game in my browser and I only played on my mobile when I wasn't at home, because I never loved it the way it is on the mobile. I m sad they made it this way.

Try increasing your cache size in windows
My first impressions are generally positive. I like the new training although it will take some time to adjust as it seems fairly complex - it seems much more realistic as you can focus on specific abilities for individual players (although training less than 4 at once doesn't give any bonus).
It remains to be seen how much the new training drains green packs vs the old method. Forcing 2 training sessions between matches to be "match ready" when a lot of my games are already only 3 hours apart seems over the top...the last thing I need is to drain more condition from already match-tired players.
The new desktop version is basically the same as the mobile version which I'm fine with as I used both equally before. I will miss the all time stats but not much else and having the live matches also on PC will be great. Good that there's sound on the new PC version
My biggest question so far is where do they calculate the new "Bravery" stat from? It seems out of sync (much lower) with the rest of the defensive stats. Was it just made up? I've always trained my attacking players (strikers & wingers) more in attack & physical than in defense but not hugely so...maybe 8-10 skill points less (70 vs 80 for my level) but now their defensive stats are down at 50-60% and their bravery is much lower. My all time best player, a left winger with 176 goals and over 220 assists, who is still 4*, has a bravery rating of 28%!! Is he afraid of grass?? How will this hugely low stat affect my players' performance? What previous stat(s) was it derived from? Is it taken directly from the old "handling" stat or modified?
what?? in day 5 to start the new things (plus a super RAM eater in PC version) that is more confuse and affect more player !!
new thing comes out ...almost every one will confuse for a while... that is for sure, but day one has less matches and more time for player to figure out what is going on, while day 5, there can be 3 matches a day!! which one is more confuse and affect more?? 0-1 match or 2-3 matches???
I really like the training. My team is back to its best after their struggling start! I have a few suggestions to improve this game:
1)fix auctions- sometimes (like today) when I bid for a player with 10 seconds left in a round, it tells that I lost. That needs to improve since my tokens are wasted!
2) There should be a few days off of top eleven before the cup once the season is over. Managers need time to rest and sign new players. Maybe make a pre-season tournament.

I think that maybe u should make there be options of which training session each player likes: the old one or the new one since not everyone likes the new one.
Is there a compatibility issue with the new update ??
Works on my (android) phone. Doesn't work on my Chrome browser. Firewall doesn't appear to be blocking it, although the message I am getting on startup says there is an error connecting to the server.
This worked pre: the update. Do you have a new update server or ports that i need to add to my firewall ?
