For now still checking, really the systm have many things and sure we will need some days to understand and apply all the theory well xD

When you train, you win training points, that help you to go to next level, so then you can obtain more drills or improve.

To win %'s in the bonuses, you need:

Attack bonus: at least 4 attacking players in your training schedule.
Defense bonus: at least 4 defensive players in your training schedule.
Posession bonus: at least 4 midfield players in your training schedule.
Condition bonus: at least 8 players in your training schedule.


To use the bonuses you have to attend and select these:

2nd part...

Reflections; as we can't see the progress of players, the "formula" to spot fast trainers is to see condition wasted x training and skills won..

Age 18, and 5%+6% condition wasted in 2 trainings, so 11% condition wasted= +3 skills won is what I had so, I guess is a referance for a fast trainer.

-Players win now a 6% condition every 3 hours in the place of 5%.


For 5Tokens you can hire a Special Coach and you will gain x2 bigger bonuses than usual during the next 24 hours.

You can not train players that have less than 30% condition.

Bonuses can be of 10% max and everyday these decrease 2%.

You can not takeover a club.

You can not see history of your club.

Trainings have to have multiple, and different drills from 1 training to another to give you bonuses.


In fridndlies you can use/test the Bonus actually you have and don't waste these.

Thanks for the compilation of tutorials/advices. It's a shame you have no access to videos (I have!). Still no info on how to see which players are faster trainers?

Why only 8 tokens for a recommended player? They want 79 tokens from me & that´s for all teams that I have level ,10,9 & 2

I guess that nope... seems that we can't see the progress, so we have to change our minds, and see the things different, from another perspective....

Young players still training fast, I've won 3 skills in 2 trainings of 5% and 6% in a 18 age player, so I guess we have to valorate the fast trainer maybe, in cones x training or from another perspective.

Will the bonuses stay for the next match if you don't use them? With attendance and without?
Reason is I have a cup match I want to use them on but it's after a league match.

I guess that yes, if you want to activate a bonus, this have a duration of 20 minutes in the match, if you dont use a bonus, you keep this.
Is like a booster for if you need and that, for videos or 5T can be x2....

Hi,
Did anyone figured out how to switch from Medium to Hard training without the "Quick training" option.
One more thing ... Since the new update come my team cannot score more than 1 goal ... I create so many chances ( for example today I played vs way leaker team. The match start fantastic with goal in the first minute, but after that I had 8 shoots "In Target", 20 total shoots and ... i lost the game with goal in 88' minutes from penalty ...

Wrong, bonuses decrease 2% per day, max per bonus is 10%.

Can we really not see how much progress we need to gain skills? I haven't been a long time player, only level 2, but I like training my players and I have a 33.6 rated team 7 weeks after starting. This new training feature seems interesting but I can't see how it's going to work and I'm not going to just blindly keep training my players when I'm not sure if they are actually getting better. Some sort of progress bar is critical. I've probably spent close to $250 but I won't put in another penny until I know what my training is doing, because why would I waste money on rests if I'm not actually progressing my player much by training them?

Keep training your young expensive players and you will see results. Remember that the team bonuses don't necessarily ahve to come from training your first team.

try selecting differnt players! but I don't want to :rolleyes:

Hi There, and thnx for the explanations :)

In the old training system, we could choose which skills to improve during training and matches. Under each player there is still the skill-screen, telling you that the primary attributes are highlighted. However - I cannot find how to amend these highlighted attributes...

Anyone got an idea ?

Where is the timer to show when the 'condition' is going to increase by 5%? I don't want to overtrain the players before the next game but I also don't want to undertrain.
Also training up SA/New Roles, I have quite a few players doing both, how do you apply 'points' to this? Or has that finished and the game does it?

Well... seems that to win Bonus, the training have to have more than one drill... be "variable" so not same type of drills that increase the same and... seems that there are some rules apart from the min. of players that have to be trained to obtain bonus... too counting the factor that players with -30% condition can not be selected...

I would like to see really the effect of the bonuses using 2 in 2nd half in hard scenario matches... Ive defended always the theory that attend have a effect, not high, but visible... so 10% in posession/attack/condition bonuses... using 2 of these in 2nd half should improve in a way that should be perceptible...

?

I'd like to know that as well. I thought all progress would go into SA/New position unless you paused it. But I just received a skill point from a friend, it went to a player who I'm giving a new role, but I don't think it went to that new role (or SP gifts don't work anymore). At least I wouldn't pause it and keep an eye out for progress.

Also struggling with how to fit in GK training. Seems like it doesn't make sense to give GK training to other players, they don't have those skills. So GK training + 2 different Physical and Mental exercises for 2 GK's, would that work towards a bonus? Wouldn't progress be awfully slow?

I tried adding a new position to a player and trained him. He gained some % points, then a new position point. I think they just go randomly among all the progress.

That's annoying. If a player is close to going up a * I use his skill points for new position/SA so he doesn't go up and it makes him easier to sell.

Did a little bit of testing, here's my low quality DMC who I want to give an extra role. I trained him until he got his second skill. He didn't gain any other skills in between.

So GK training trains only GK skills, but not all of them. Others are integrated in attacking or defensive drills. Still not sure how to go about it. Train GK's with the rest of the team? What do you think?

What about the comments at the end of training sessions? Do we have to take them into account? I found this one puzzling.

Total condition loss was 12%, two P&M drills at the end of the session.

Only one mention Ive realized is that you can test the bonus you have in friendlies without waste these..

GK training: I think you have to choose.

1. Train GK's seperately from the rest of the team. Don't use only GK drill, but also attacking/defensive/physical drills which train GK skills.
- Con: your other players won't benefit from attacking/defensive/physical drills.

2. Train GK's with the rest of your team. Throw in GK drill.
- Con: your other players won't benefit but will lose condition from GK drill (tested).

I'd like to suggest that only GK's lose condition from GK drill. Then you can train your GK's with the rest of the team and your other players will benefit from a/d/p&m drills, but without losing condition on a useless (gk) drill.



Further testing: I've had some good and bad commentary after training. I will repeat those trainings and see if commentary is the same. If so, it would mean you can build almost perfect excersises for your team based on the comments afterwards. That would be nice.

- Don't make your training schedule too intense. Your players won't like it and won't gain much towards a team bonus. I've had a schedule with intensity very hard - hard - very hard and it didn't work for me. Seems like you have to balance intensity.

yes, you mustn't start with hard training in the first box.
I 'm thinking that if a team has some empty positions maybe it's useful to buy some extra players, you know, those free agent grandpas, to have more benefit from the training.

I always start training with a warmup or (sometimes a stretch). But if you wanna give them sprint, then I guess do some very easy attack/defence drills (1 or 2 in total) then let them sprint.
Some combinations also work extremely well, always set up the schedule like an in-game scenario. The opponent takes a corner (which is a cross, actually). You head it out, and one attacker hits the ball hard to the other half. Luckily it (intentionally) went to your ST and they have only 2 defenders.

Thus, it makes sense to use a pattern of set piece delivery-defending crosses-fast counterattacks.
