Normal gameplay affected by orders??

Well you have learned young Padawan.
This is a football simulation game but not football.
From my game today, playing defense/counter/flanks.
My 3 DCS with 3 blue arrows
.When I saw this first goal, I said ok guys, nice try but don't do this again !
but they did it, exactly the same, after few minutes
wtf

Yup there must be more precision in this simulation lol
