3AM GMT is usually when I can't get onto TE, 'Daily Maintenance' is the reason given, so I presume that's when it happens. It would make sense for the Training stats adjustments to be done at the same time. I have noticed that it seems to be taking a little longer with TE2016, so perhaps there's a lot more being done...
