The 64.1 weighs twice as much as the 66.1 as there are 10 entries in the column vs 5. To me, your player is worth 64.8.
it is not (64.1+ 66.1) /2 = 65.1 --> this is wrong.....I thought it was an average of 64.1 and 66.1 as it has always been. This is how I predicted how many cones I needed before leveling up and it worked
GK has two times skill as the other~ (64.1 * 2 + 66.1)/3 = around 64.8 .... that's why it still shows 64...not leveling up~
